We used the Poole branch and Lauren really knows her stuff! She put in extra effort to show us why one of our ideas would not work (really useful to see) and guided us towards a design that we love. She also went the extra mile when we needed some extra information during the install. I would absolutely recommend The Bath Works and Lauren in particular.

Our bathroom has recently been updated. We were very impressed by the help and advice given by the staff at The Bath Works who spent a great deal of time designing our new bathroom to our rather exacting requirements. Our bathroom now looks great, is easy and pleasant to use and we are very pleased with it. The bathroom fitters were excellent. All highly recommended.

Rien and the team at The Bath Works in New Milton, provided a fantastic service and we are really pleased with our new cloakroom, bathroom and two en suite shower rooms. The project felt daunting at the start, but it was an enjoyable process to redesign these rooms with Rien who couldn't have been more helpful or thoughtful supporting with layout solutions and specification choices. The team have also been very kind to source parts that got misplaced by our plumber.

I ordered an expansion vessel for my Worcester Bosch Greenstar boiler.

The product I received was identical to the part I was replacing.

The product was also cheaper than my local Screwfix or Toolstation.

And the item was dispatched on a Saturday, and arrived the following Monday.

I would recommend this business. Good value and good service.

We had a great experience with Bathworks New Milton. Jemma was fantastic from start to finish, from visiting promptly to coming up with a design and advising on products. The CGI of the design was brilliant for visualising how it would look. Delivery organised to suit our schedule and the driver was very nice and helpful too. One minor error with the wrong product was quickly rectified, and Jemma was easily contactable during our works to answer any queries. Would 100% recommend

Gas and plumb bits are a very good independent merchant, they have plenty of knowledgable staff and two drivers which makes delivery’s very prompt, also they have 3-4 staff members in the shop so you never have to wait for long periods of time, unlike other suppliers! I always use gas bits now. Highly recommended !

The guys at gas bits are in a league of there own both with knowledge and experience there is nothing they can handle or do for there customers! As a tradesman it’s hard sometimes to find the exact parts or materials for the job and at the right price but gas bits always delivers literally never fail. I can thoroughly recommend The Bath Works. A professional and friendy company who offer a fantastic service from start to finish. The choice of products is outstanding ranging from British makes through to high Italian end products. The staff are extremely friendly, very helpful and the service they provide to assist you with making the right decisions choosing bathroom layouts to products is of the highest standard. Proper independent heating & plumbing equipment supplier with exceptional customer service.
Called Gasbits to source a part for my 15 year old condensing boiler. The part was in stock and the delightful Karen picked and reserved it for collection.
You might have to queue with some disorganised and impatient heating engineers but that is really an indication of how successful Gasbits are at what they do.
